Heed Nature Club
Each 2 hour monthly Nature club walk is led
by Kay Meyer, the Arboretum’s educational director. We start with a seasonal theme; like finding seeds, watching birds or studing tree leaves, but we also discover animal tracks, frogs, bird’s nests or unusual plants.Month after month we watch trees and flowers bud, bloom and go to seed. We find animals and plants living together, each with thier own unique place in natures web.
